Rates are for two and include welcome package of organic fresh eggs, fresh homemade bread, butter, coffee, milk, tea and homemade preserves.

$265 per night - June 1 to September 30, 2023/4

$1520 per week -April 1 - May 31, 2025

$1770 per week - June 1 to September 30, 2024/5

RATES PER MONTH

$3822 per month - Jan 1- March 31, 2025

$4410 per month -April 1 - May 31, 2025

THINGS TO NOTE

  • There will be a $100 cleaning fee added to rates per stay

  • There is a 3 night minimum stay

  • $25 per person per night - upon approval - for extra guests up to a maximum of two

  • 8% Provincial Sales Tax added to stays for 1-26 days. 27 days & over are tax exempt

  • We are Pet Friendly but limited to one small pet - upon approval - with a $15 fee per night

  • 30 Day Cancellation Policy – Less Than 30 Days Deposit is non-refundable

  • Self Catering Accommodation. Contact us directly for availability

We had such a wonderful stay at the cottage – a beautiful setting with everything we needed and more. Lovely walks for us and the dog, fresh eggs from the chickens and any questions we had were happily answered by our amazing hosts Lu and John. We will be back!
Accommodations at the Red Roof Inn Cottage are immaculate. This cozy cottage is private and off the main road , but minutes to downtown Comox and offers an exellent base for exploring the Comox Valley.
This location was ideal for us. It is a short cycling distance to the downtown shops, and a short hiking distance to Goose Spit Park, which is a beautiful spit out into the bay. Our hosts, John and Lu, were delightful to meet, and it was great fun to meet Ruby, their border collie cross. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had the pleasure of using. This VRBO is highly recommended without any reservations.
